Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in construction claims, general real estate litigation matters, and contract disputes.

• Conduct thorough discovery processes, including drafting and responding to written discovery requests.

• Take and defend depositions, including those involving percipient and expert witnesses.

• Assist in trial and arbitration proceedings as part of a litigation team.
