About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Attribute Writer to join our Tendering Team in Canterbury. In this role, you’ll lead the development of high‑quality non‑price tender responses to help position Fulton Hogan for continued success.

You will play an important part in helping us submit high‑quality tenders that reflect our capability, experience and value. You will lead the development and refinement of non‑price (attribute) content for tender submissions, working alongside the bid manager, technical specialists and subject matter experts to produce clear, persuasive and compliant responses that set us apart from competitors and ensure continued success.

You will often be tasked with translating construction methodologies, staging and sequencing of works into clear, benefits‑focused narratives that are easy for evaluators to assess.
