In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the client in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of their business operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties such as managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and handling email communications.
- Manage and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable and payable.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with clients.
