Loan Processor Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end loan application process—from lodgement through to settlement.
• Structure loans using various CRM systems such as Broker Engine, Flex, Mercury, MyCRM, Infinity, and others.
• Gather, verify, and review all required financial documents.
• Conduct credit checks and validate liabilities using tools such as CCR, CashDeck, and Open Banking.
• Coordinate with borrowers, brokers, underwriters, and aggregators to address MIRs and provide additional information or documents needed for pre-approval and formal approval.
• Order property valuations and complete pricing requests.
• Prepare and submit loan applications via ApplyOnline.
• Ensure full compliance with Australian lending policies and regulatory guidelines.
