Reporting to the Director of Banquet Operations, the incumbent will be responsible to:-

• Handle the day‑to‑day setting up of audio visual and media equipment according to the operations requirements.
• Conduct routine checks on all equipment in the function rooms prior to the events.
• Ensure that all equipment are tested and in good operating condition at all times.
• Ensure successful execution of event presentations and maintain guests’ satisfaction.
• Work hand in hand with the Banquet Operations and various departments in day to day operations.
• To carry out quarterly, bi‑yearly, yearly inventory of all operating equipment.
• Set necessary equipment in function rooms, including outdoor catering events; as directed in the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
