Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AV Technical Manager to lead the technical execution and quality assurance of commercial audiovisual integration projects across multiple branch locations, including Phoenix, Dallas, and Atlanta. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing AV engineering, programming, DSP configuration, commissioning, technical documentation, and field team performance while ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and profitably.

The AV Technical Manager serves as the technical authority for the division, providing mentorship and guidance to Field Engineers, Programmers, and Project Engineers while collaborating closely with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses extensive hands-on commercial AV integration experience, strong leadership capabilities, and expert-level knowledge of AV systems, networking, commissioning, and technical project delivery.
