As a member of the professional client service team, the Manager is responsible for planning and managing multiple audits and other related engagements simultaneously, and scheduling, staffing and coordinating engagement workflow. An Audit Manager is the liaison between the Shareholders, the client and the professional staff. A Manager develops and coaches staff, and establishes relationships to develop new business for the Firm. Performance is judged based on management and leadership skills, quality of work, ability to meet time constraints and practice development.
