To coordinate all project-related approvals, permits, NOCs, inspections, and utility interfaces with government authorities and service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and project schedules.
Responsibilities - Coordinate with road, utility, and municipal authorities regarding project approvals and permits.
- Manage NOCs related to roads, drainage, sewerage, water, irrigation, power, telecommunications, and street lighting works.
- Monitor approval status and maintain authority approval registers.
- Review contractor submissions before authority submission.
- Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders and utility agencies.
- Follow up on inspection requests and authority clearances.
