Overall Assignment Description:

TriGloCon is seeking an Automated Testing Software Developer to strengthen our mission-critical ICAM program. The selected candidate will help build, maintain, and evolve our in-house automation framework, ensuring system reliability, performance, and quality. This is a hands-on development role focused on writing, improving, and integrating automated tests while also contributing to the program’s long-term test automation strategy.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable to new frameworks and tools, and passionate about advancing test automation practices. While the current framework is built in Java using Selenium and Cucumber, we are exploring migration paths to Playwright and improved requirements traceability using tools like QMetry. This role offers an opportunity to directly impact the direction of our automation ecosystem while contributing as a strong individual contributor within an Agile environment.
