As a Mid-level Automation / DevOps Engineer , you will build and implement tools and processes that enhance software delivery and reliability for MPC and legacy systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders and developers to streamline CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, and improve system performance and customer experience.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

• Build and implement new development tools and infrastructure.
• Understand stakeholder needs and translate them into developer requirements, ensuring adherence to established processes.
• Automate and improve development and release processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy updates and fixes, providing Level 2 technical support.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.
• Develop scripts and tools to reduce errors and improve customer experience.
