This role focuses heavily on on-site work at customer facilities and involves leading complex startups, troubleshooting advanced issues, and mentoring less experienced engineers. The ideal candidate uses a methodical approach to process startup, demonstrates strong leadership, and is proficient with PC-based tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
