Responsibilities

• Perform advanced database validation and backend data verification using strong SQL skills, including complex joins, subqueries, data integrity checks, and reconciliation across multiple data sources.
• Apply basic IVR testing knowledge, including validation of call flows, prompts, menu navigation, DTMF inputs, and backend integrations to ensure accurate customer interaction and system behavior (manual and automated where supported).
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD). Implement BDD test scenarios using Gherkin and collaborate with business and development teams to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements.
