Position Overview
Your Role as Automation Engineering Intern (EIT) Reporting to the Supervisor of Automation Engineering Services, the Automation Engineering Intern (EIT) will work under the guidance and supervision of senior engineers. The successful candidate will work closely with Automation specialists and Automation engineers while performing entry-level engineering work on small and large-scale projects; including programming (PLC/DCS/HMI), design, and commissioning activities. You will also execute, coordinate and expedite a succession of different engineering activities as part of capital expenditure projects.
Your Key Accountabilities
Technical and Documentation
Assist in the design, programming, analysis, and implementation of Automation systems, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
Conduct site visits for commissioning, inspections, surveys, and assessments to gather data for project designs.
