Job Summary
:
Primary focus on sustaining site manufacturing processes and leading shift maintenance team members in execution of equipment return to standard and preventive maintenance activities. Is the escalation path for maintenance individuals within the working shift. Conducts smaller scale process improvement projects supporting various site initiatives.
This position is eligible for 10% shift differential.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives / ActivitiesUnderstands site Key Business Metrics to drive focused improvements. Applies statistical problem-solving tools to implement robust solutions that are verified and/or validated.Define, Plan, & Execute improvement initiatives within the site and within SOP guidelines.
