Job Summary Automation SME (RH) will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus . Responsible for designing details for automated systems to make them more efficient. Keep enhancing the automation skillset to drive HR digitalization strategy and be versatile to use different technologies to develop automation solutions.
Responsibilities - Develop solutions for automating HR processes.
- Promote and enable the self-service delivery model.
- Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.
- Own key HR data.
- Execute processes under operational metrics (adhering to standard operating procedures and meeting service level agreements).
