Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
Requirements
