Job Responsibilities Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles that have been in accidents. Fabricate body parts and brackets out of aluminum and steel. Work with the body/paint technician to bring the vehicle to like new condition. Assist management in estimating damages and writing the accident quote. Minimum Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 3 years in welding/fabrication in the fabrication and body welding or automotive/truck repair business
