Job Summary

The Polisher is responsible for enhancing and restoring the surface finish of vehicles by polishing and buffing painted areas after repairs or detailing. The Polisher ensures a high-gloss, defect-free finish that meets company and manufacturer quality standards.

Area of Responsibility – Brief Description of Activities

• Surface Polishing & Buffing: Polish repainted surfaces and vehicle panels using rotary or dual-action polishers. Remove swirl marks, overspray, dust nibs, and minor paint imperfections.
• Finishing & Appearance Enhancement: Apply polishing compounds, waxes, and sealants to achieve high-gloss finishes. Enhance the overall appearance of vehicles prior to delivery or customer handover.
