**Job Title: Production Supervisor**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead operations. In this role, you will oversee a team of union employees, ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. You will play a critical role in managing daily operations, driving accountability, and maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Supervise UAW employees across various areas of the plant
+ Manage a department of approximately 50–90 employees and oversee daily production activities
+ Ensure team members follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
+ Drive productivity and efficiency within material handling and production processes
+ Monitor workflow, address performance issues, and support continuous improvement efforts
+ Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
