Position Overview

Duties
  • Take full responsibility for daily storeroom and inventory operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective stock control procedures.
  • Manage goods receiving, inspection and verification against purchase orders.
  • Process supplier orders and monitor outstanding deliveries.
  • Perform cycle counts and scheduled full stock takes.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances.
  • Maintain accurate bin locations and inventory records.
  • Monitor and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
  • Issue parts accurately to the workshop while ensuring complete system accountability.
  • Process supplier returns, warranty claims and stock adjustments.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through continuous monitoring and reconciliation.
  • Utilise ERP and inventory management systems to manage stock movements and reporting.
