Position Overview

Duties
  • Welcome customers and manage service bookings from enquiry through to vehicle collection.
  • Open and close job cards, prepare quotations and obtain repair authorisations.
  • Liaise with customers, providing regular updates throughout the repair process.
  • Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians and the workshop.
  • Source, order, receive and issue workshop parts.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels and supplier orders.
  • Process supplier returns and warranty parts where applicable.
  • Ensure accurate costing, invoicing and workshop administration.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 35 years' experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Controller or in a combined Service/Parts role preferably within a dealership environment.
