As a new and cutting-edge electric automobile brand in North America, we are looking for high caliber Automotive Service Technicians. In this role, your expertise will be relied upon to diagnose and perform a wide range of automotive services and mechanical repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Ability to effectively diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and software related symptoms
• Promptly and efficiently perform all necessary work as stated on Repair Orders
• Regularly communicate with aftersales team members to align on timelines and expectations
• Perform quality inspections including road testing for confirmation of repair
• Order parts to carry out repairs and return warranty / core components with designated tagging as required
• Escalate and clearly communicate all difficult repairs to the Lead Technician to ensure prompt solutions
