Position Overview

This is a remote position. Project Manager Pro AV Production & Staging (Remote US | Full-Time) We are currently working with one of the top Pro AV production and staging companies specializing in live events, corporate conferences, trade shows, brand activations, and large-scale productions. We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee events from pre-sale through show execution, ensuring successful planning, logistics, equipment coordination, and onsite delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage event requirements, production schedules, and logistics plans. Coordinate equipment, labor, sub-rentals, and onsite crews. Develop staging plans based on client needs, venue requirements, and budgets. Partner with Account Managers and production teams to execute events nationwide and internationally. Ensure accurate documentation, workflow management, and successful show delivery. Travel up to 50% for large-scale events.
