Activity Details (Scope of Work)

As per the reported issue, the customer is experiencing report delay problems following a manual calibration activity. Further onsite troubleshooting support is required to execute the agreed action plan and assist with root cause analysis.

The assigned engineer will be responsible for:

Performing detailed diagnostics and investigation of the AV environment.

Validating camera performance, including SpeakerTrack functionality and camera switching behavior.

Reproducing the reported issue, where applicable, in coordination with Cisco TAC.

Collecting required evidence, including videos with Room Diagnostics enabled.

Enabling and gathering debug logs and troubleshooting data.

Collecting the complete log bundle from the codec.

Capturing setup photographs and supporting screenshots of the system configuration.

Performing all necessary troubleshooting activities as directed by Cisco TAC.
