Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify, scope, and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities
• Lead technical discovery conversations regarding customer infrastructure, AV environments, and networking requirements
• Design solution configurations including hardware footprint, content workflows, and third‑party integrations
• Own technical sections of RFP responses, security questionnaires, and SOW inputs
• Build and maintain demo environments, technical one‑pagers, and integration guides
• Act as the technical authority and subject matter expert for the Rockbot software platform

Requirements

• 5+ years in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, technical sales, or AV systems
• Hands‑on experience with hardware/software integrations and networking fundamentals
