Audio Visual (AV) Technician – Commercial Installations
We are seeking experienced AV Technicians to support commercial installation projects involving structured cabling, conferencing systems, and audiovisual equipment. This is a hands-on, client-facing role working on active job sites, responsible for installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AV systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure AV systems including:Cameras, speakers, microphones, and displaysConference room systems and rack buildsPerform structured cabling tasks including:Running and terminating Cat5e/Cat6 cablingWorking with mic wire and speaker cablePunch-downs using 66 and 110 blocksInstall and test equipment to ensure full system functionality prior to project completionMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sites (including cable management and concealment)Troubleshoot AV and connectivity iss...
