Summary Serves as a Program Implementation Manager for the Planning and Requirements Group at the Western Service Area in Des Moines, WA. Responsibilities Incumbent serves as the Program Implementation Manager for programs related to the establishment, modernization, sustainment, and operation of National Airspace System (NAS) facilities and equipment in support of Facility and Equipment (F&E) and Operations (Ops) funded programs. Collaborates and coordinates with team members, stakeholders and program offices on development and performance of project scope, schedule and budget. Independently applies experience and advanced technical knowledge to integrate configuration management and safety management system requirements into project planning.
