Review and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) before launch of new processes and/or processes changePrompt management of document archival and retrievalPerform technical verification checks on customer's documents and process customer profile maintenance in Bank's operating systemsToggle between different systems to perform pre-processing and data entriesActively participate in and promptly support UAT/LV for system/workflow enhancementsEstablish and maintain effective relationship and partnership with key stakeholdersEnsure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accuratelyComplete ad hoc assignments/tasks assigned within timelineHandle operational issues and provide escalation to management teamReview and update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basisCha...
