Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance with relevant AML regulations (MAS 314) and expectations.
• Align internal AML policies and procedures with external regulatory requirements as necessary.
• Offer AML advisory support to various business units.
• Conduct AML Compliance Assurance to confirm adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Regularly review and update AML policies, manuals, and procedures.
• Monitor AML activities undertaken by Group entities.
• Execute enterprise-wide AML risk assessments and enhance the existing framework.
• Perform quality assurance and control on Know-Your-Client and Transaction Surveillance activities.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in AML policy development.
• Strong familiarity with relevant MAS regulatory requirements and the ability to translate these into operational processes. ...
