Provide data driven insights and business recommendations on improving profitability and product performance on key consumer banking products. (Product Pillars: Credit Cards, Personal Financing, Auto Finance, Mortgage & Other Lending products)

Prepare value added financial performance analysis with insights and identify areas of risk and opportunity for Malaysia specifically in areas related to IFRS9 and RWA.

Monitor and analyse monthly business performance against budget and benchmarking against industry and competitors

Support product managers/heads in assessing new business initiatives & strategic investments to meet Consumer bank’s F30 aspirations.
