Job Overview

The incumbent is responsible for building analytical capabilities in response to external and internal requests, adopting in‑house AFC analytical models into country contexts, and ensuring that design and data architecture support AFC analytics needs for seamless deployment into production.

Job Responsibilities

• Support model maintenance: liaise with Business and Compliance stakeholders to understand feedback on model performance; incorporate feedback into model enhancement and maintenance; collaborate with country data analytics teams and the centralized modelling team to retrain and recalibrate AFC analytical models to prevent drift.
