AVP, Business Systems

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week on site) in Laurel, MD

Duration: Perm role



Pay rate: $185k to $200k/annum



Must Haves:

• Retail banking experience is a must!


• Strong experience with working with core back-office systems within banks.


• Should have experience with either Fiserv DNA, Jack Henry or Scimitar (back-office systems).


• Experience managing teams of people.


• Manager is prioritizing stronger technical (IT/SRE/ IT focused) alignment over business-oriented profiles.
