Job Description

Directs development, coordination, and implementation of pharmacy Shared Service programs, policies, and procedures designed to integrate organization Pharmacy operations. Directs operations to improve operational and financial performance including, but not limited to, resource utilization, performance improvement, use of technology, regulatory compliance, education and staff development, management of appropriate drug utilization, drug spend analysis, and quality improvement activities.

Specialty and retail pharmacy experience, and experience managing multiple locations, strongly preferred.

Job Responsibility

+ With Pharmacy leadership leads the Pharmacy specialty and retail pharmacy function by developing leaders and driving programs and initiatives that support and impact the overall Northwell health system goals.
