The AFH (Away From Home) Food Ventures Director is responsible for driving execution, deployment, and selective shaping of PepsiCo’s AFH Foods strategy across priority customers and markets. This role serves as a key execution leader, ensuring strategy is translated into scalable initiatives, customer programs, and capability enablement across the AFH ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Deployment & Business Leadership - Lead execution and rollout of the AFH Foods strategy across defined subchannels, customers, or workstreams.
Act as a thought partner by providing execution-led insights to inform strategic decisions.
Own priority initiatives or workstreams within the broader AFH Foods agenda.
