Requirements: • Are Board Certifications Req'd?: BC in trauma surgery • Which State License(s) Req'd?: SC • Certifications Req'd?: ACLS, BLS, ATLS, PALS • Any additional requirements/details to screen for?: clean backgrounds only, name+NPI for name clear

Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60 days with SC license, 90-120 without.
