Responsibilities

• Interact with the model in Aymara across a wide range of topics to verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Document model failures and capture reproducible error traces for hardening model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics to enhance model performance.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Linguistics, Indigenous Studies, Translation, or a related field is ideal.
