Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Operate and continuously improve company's Azure- based SaaS platforms to meet SLAs and support growth. 
Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure, including incident response and on-call participation. 
Improve reliability through monitoring, alerting, and proactive performance management. 
Work closely with engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes. 
Maintain runbooks, operational standards, and support mentoring across teams. 
 Requirements  Bachelor in Computer Science with 3 years experience in Azure cloud 
Experience operating and supporting SaaS platforms in Microsoft Azure. 
Experience operating and troubleshooting IIS with .NET applications. 
Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance. 
Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and tracing (Datadog experience is a plus).
