             Mandatory Skills : Azure DevOps administration (projects, repos, pipelines, boards, artifacts)

Skills:

Azure DevOps administration (projects, repos, pipelines, boards, artifacts)

Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI, REST API, Bicep, ARM templates)

Source code migration (git, repo mirroring, permissions)

Pipeline (YAML/classic) authoring and troubleshooting

Identity and access management (AD groups, Entra ID, service principals)

Extension installation and agent pool configuration

Integration setup (ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)

Experience:

Hands-on migration of ADO resources (projects, repos, pipelines, artifacts)

Experience with large-scale, multi-team DevOps environments

Familiarity with Azure resource provisioning and automation
