Support and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environments, session hosts, images, scaling plans, and FSLogix profiles.

Troubleshoot AVD connectivity, performance, and application issues.

Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to optimize capacity, performance, and security.

Provide Tier 3 operational support for enterprise Windows and Mac endpoints.
