Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound leads and follow up with potential customers through outbound outreach
• Qualify prospects, understand their business needs, and guide them through the sales process
• Conduct product demos, discovery calls, and follow-up conversations with prospects
• Support existing clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams
• Own customer success activities, including onboarding, adoption, regular check-ins, and relationship management
• Ensure customers are getting value from the platform and help reduce churn
• Identify renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
