NIQ Brandbank seeks a Customer Support Executive to be the first line of contact for a large pool of supplier clients. You will work with the team to deliver high-quality service and achieve quarterly Customer Satisfaction targets, while monitoring timeliness, quality, and coverage.

You will respond to queries via phone, email, or online channels, develop knowledge of services, schedule deliveries, support operations and account managers, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
