Position Overview

Hiring for one of the most Innovative HR Platform in the Talent Management Space. Founders - 3 Founders, All ex-CHROs bring over 7 decades of professional experience between them. 2 year old set-up; has scaled to about $4Mn ARR in Revenue and Growing. Clients include PhonePe, HDFC Ergo, MediBuddy etc. This is the first Sales Leader that they are hiring - Thus this will be an individual contributor role. Also, it will also give an opportunity to build and scale the sales function ground-up Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Source, qualify, and generate new high-value leads through direct outreach, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
