Position Overview

CRM SR

The CRM is responsible for the mobile business, managing accounts for important clients in the telecommunications industry, and overseeing the sales plans for each account. They maintain relationships with areas such as Digital and B2B, launch new products, drive cross‑selling across various channels, supervise the COE team, manage the sales and incentive budget for all sales channels (own stores, official agents, and tele‑sales), and monitor and develop the Trade In business with Motorola and retailers.
