B2C & Kitting Supervisor

Location: Aylesbury
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated B2C & Kitting Operative to join our warehouse team in Aylesbury. This role involves preparing customer orders, assembling kits, and ensuring products are packed accurately for direct-to-consumer distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and prepare product kits to specification
Pick and pack B2C customer orders
Label and prepare parcels for shipment
Carry out quality checks on completed orders
Maintain stock accuracy and workspace organisation
Work towards daily productivity targets
Follow company health and safety procedures

Requirements

Previous warehouse, packing, or kitting experience desirable
Strong attention to detail
Good time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Licences Required
