What you'll do
- Handle inbound customer calls from private B2C customers
- Support customers with:
- device issues
- subscription problems
- billing inquiries
- general service questions
- Deliver an empathetic, helpful, and professional customer experience
- Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products or services when appropriate
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude in every interaction
