🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a B2C / Telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Monitor team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and drive productivity
- Implement sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue
- Track KPIs, maintain MIS reports, and ensure process adherence
- Drive team motivation, handle escalations, and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smoother operations and process improvements
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2C Sales / Telesales
- Proven team handling experience (TL/AM level preferred)
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
