Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly report as in standard process
• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians
• Supervise and assist technicians/contractors during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
• Supervise, inspect and maintain building systems including mechanical system (electricity, air-condition, pumps and motor, cold water, LPG, ventilation etc.)
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
• Participate in coordinating projects (e.g. renovations)
