• Collect, research, and analyze accounts receivable and collections data.
• Help maintain accurate customer records in the billing platform and CRM.
• Provide Tier 1 support for the accounts receivable and collections team to drive efficient collections operations and enable senior team members.
• Assist with various data cleanup projects.
• Potential to assist with accounts payable process.
