• Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and z/OS tools
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle — design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mainframe application issues
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to deliver technical solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to J&M standards
• Support performance tuning and optimization of mainframe workloads

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IBM Mainframe development experience
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, and/or DB2
• Experience with z/OS operating environment and IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within Agile/hybrid delivery teams
• Experience with mainframe DevOps tools (e.g., Endevor, ChangeMan, Zowe) is a plus
