Job Description:
Lead Software Engineer will work closely with Product Manager and Software Architect to ensure System Architecture and Design and give directions to project development team to ensure that applications meets business demands on both internal and external clients.
Critical Accountabilities
Enable the Software domain of the team by conducting the proper Software onboarding. Monitoring Software discipline by using industry standards. Giving inputs on Software engineer’s performance, improvements and other that affects the work related aspects of team mates.
